:star: To commission me, please send me a note containing any pictures, references, all the details I should know like poses, specific character traits and other unique appearances, as sketches, lineart, colored, with details, any backgrounds, etc. Please be sure to fill out all the things as much as I need in your notes when requesting a commission. When you send a note to me, please make sure to contain this template with the following:

* Your Username:
* E-mail/Paypal account:
* Reference(s):
* Type of commission:
* Additional Information (Optional): (i.e.: poses, details on backgrounds, expressions, complicated pattern and details, etc.)

* DeviantART Username account: Please state your DeviantART account name here.

:star: Terms of Services :star:

~For any :points: payments for commissions - 100 :points: = $1 USD
~ If you have concerns about your commission, you can always ask me at anytime or check up on the status of your commission on my profile page.
~ You can request at anytime for WIP sketches of the development of your art commission.
~ I can only do digitally-colored painting or some hand drawn traditional art sketches. Sorry, no mailing art prints.
~ My commission are only for PERSONAL uses. Commercial use and redistribution is not permitted unless we have agreed and signed a contract otherwise.
~ For creating a brand new, original character based on only from description, there's going to be additional fees, depending on the kind of commission of your choice. (Sketch: $10, Lineart: $15, Flat Colors: $20, Shaded: $25), which will be added to your total.
~ I reserved the right to place my signature and watermark on all commissions I've done. Don't even EVER think about removing them. The only exception is that the buyer has the right to request to remove the watermark when wanting the file of the commission I've done for them, but my signature will always stays somewhere. If I find that you claim my artworks as your own and remove my signature and watermark, I will immediately report you, file a lawsuit and/or contact the authorities, if deem necessary. Don't steal any of my artworks or property from my clients that's not your own.
~ Because of my new limited time availability to do commissions or doing artworks in general whenever time permits me so, I ask that you please allow at least 2-3 weeks to 6 months at the latest (depending on the amount of details, the type of commission and complexity of the commission), due to balancing between my day job, my social life and other personal commitments.
~ Finally...THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT: PLEASE MAINTAIN GOOD BUSINESS COMMUNICATIONS AND BE COURTEOUS AND RESPECTFUL!!! Anyone who violates this rule will be no longer have any business dealts with me from that point forward. Also, if the violator is in a middle of a commission with me and break this rule, the work will immediately be at a complete halt and no longer be worked on and the work will be submit on the spot as it is. The payment will only be refunded depending on the stage of the commission. (Ex: If there's any work done in the middle of the sketch, then you'll received 3/4 back of your money. If the sketch or lineart is completed, then you'll receive 2/3 back. If coloring is complete, then you'll receive 1/3 back. No refunds will be issued if the whole commission is completed.)

*Due to past experiences with scamming activities, I will NOT start on any works, WIPs or sketches until the initial payment is paid upfront for any commission requests.  I do accept either full payment up front OR half-and-half payment from start and the other half when it is completed. Feel free to request for WIPs if you see something you want to tell me for any revisions, if deem necessary. Do NOT send any payment to me until I notify you via through notes, which will contain my Paypal email account. No further work will be done after the WIP is shown and the client finds and accept the WIP. From there, I'll need to accept the payment/initial payment to move onto the next step and before I apply more work afterwards..

I reserve the right for cancelling or refuse a commission inquiry at anytime for any reason. But, when I decided to taken up your commission request and I already started working on them, I WILL ASSURE YOU that you will get your commission all in due time. I also put all money commission as my highest regard over all else. I retain copyrights to the commissioned image unless the client and I have made additional arrangements. I may reprint, sell, and display the image for portfolio purposes or repost in my online galleries.

The client has the right to reprint, display, or repost their commission in an online gallery or other personal purpose. Credit is not required, but appreciated. The client does NOT have the right to mass-reproduce and use the image for commercial purposes, selling to make money, edit the image heavily, remove my signature, claim the credit, etc.

:bulletblack:About Refunds & Cancellations:bulletblack:

Normally, I do not issue refunds and all sales are final. However, I do make some exceptions if I absolutely cannot finish your commission for any reason, I will contact you via e-mail before sending you a full refund. It depends on what stage of the developing process. Also, any fees that were deducted from Paypal cannot be refund and it is completely out of my hands.

If you must cancel your commission, you will be required to pay for the amount of work that has been already done on the commission. I WILL NOT DO refunds when a commission near close to completion or it is entirely completed afterwards. I'm sorry if you didn't like how the commission had turned out. Please think twice carefully before you decided to commission me if you can really place your faith and money in my artistic talents.
